A private session with Sterling may be necessary if books and CD's do not go deep enough. One-on-one time can give you the personal focus that speeds your voyage to understanding the tools you need for your personal challenges.

Sterling does most of his counseling by phone, but also meets with clients at his office in the Eugene area.
